
For the first time in school history, the CCHS golf team won the MIAA Division II State Championship at Gannon GC in Lynn. The Patriots totalled 305 for their four best scores to win the title by a whopping 16 shots over second place Nauset Regional. CCHS was led by junior Brodie Stone, who fired a career-best 73 to finish tied for the best score among the 88-man field. Senior co-captain Stephen Winslow followed with a 76 while senior co-captain Tommy Ferguson and freshman Ryan Harris carded 78's to round out the Patriots top four. Alec Shanahan (82) and Justin Harris (83) also competed for the Patriots. Winslow finished tied for second in the individual competition while Ryan Harris finished tied for fourth.
